South Coast Catering

Established 2010 by us:

Josh (executive chef) and Corrinne (event manager) with a focus on integrity, to: ingredients, service and approach to our environment. We’re committed to using local produce and serving it with inspiration. Based on the South Coast of NSW, Duck Duck Goose Catering draws fresh produce from our own vegetable gardens. Our pastry, bagels and ice-cream are handmade.

On moving to the Shoalhaven area in 2009 we wanted to create work for ourselves to enable us to live and raise our children on the stunning South Coast of NSW. Having both worked in Hospitality for a number of years, we quickly identified a gap in the market that gap being the availability of fresh, quality food for large events. We made the perfect team with Josh’s ability as a chef and my organisational skills and event management diploma we decided it was something we simply had to pursue.

Since then the response to us as people and our approach with our business has been remarkable. We oversee and participate in every aspect of Duck Duck Goose Catering, it is our only work commitment which we plan on pursuing well into the future. Our dedicated team will ensure that our passion and commitment make your wedding, party or event memorable. We look forward to meeting you.
