To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is required and due within two weeks of placing your booking. Final Numbers attending the wedding are required no less than two weeks prior to the day and must be paid for in full. All wedding accounts, must pay 100% of the amounts due no less than two weeks prior to your event date.
Crew meals, please note when booking bands, DJs, Photographers or celebrants a crew meal charge is applicable, $30 per crew member.
Meal selection and meal options must be confirmed no less than 2 weeks prior to your event date.
